BLU SYSTEM – FCU

Split system for HVAC application, based on the direct expansion of the refrigerant gas, constructed on specific request to satisfy every design requirement.

Typical system consists of two main parts: a 1 off evaporator unit (placed into the room served) and a 1 off external condensing unit.

Compressor section can be installed both in evaporating unit and in condensing unit depending on the design requirement.

The control panel can be integrated with the evaporator or condensing unit or supplied loose (for remote positioning).

Temperature control works by a wall-mounted thermostat or a temperature sensor installed directly on the inlet opening of the evaporator.

Controls are easy to use and maintain reliable automated room-temperature control.

For particular request, in case of problem with installation spaces, it possible to split the system into three main parts: a 1 off evaporating unit, a 1 off compressor unit and a 1 off condensing unit.

Condensing unit is normally designed to operate in environments up to +45°C, on request it can be designed to work up to +50°C.

In case of Hazardous Area (Ex) condensing unit will be designed and manufactured with certified components suitable for Zone 1 or Zone 2 atmosphere.

Both Evaporating and Condensing Heat exchangers can be provided in copper tubes/aluminum fins or copper tubes/copper fins. For further protection, several types of coatings are available.

On request Condenser can be of water-cooled type (sea-water type also available).

CAPACITY RANGE:
