Portable of fixed type exhaust fan, designed and constructed to suit every specific application.
In both cases fan is installed in a robust frame made of steel beams with polyurethane painting to prevent the corrosion (stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L on request).
Exhaust fans employed come only of a primary brands, have impellers with forward curved blades and are particularly suitable for the conveyance of vapors and cold fumes. Efficiency value up to 85%. For certain applications or if high external pressure is required, backward curved blades can be fitted also. Asynchronous three-phase motors according to international standards IEC 60034, IEC 60072, EMC 2004/108/CE, LVD 2006/95/CE, CE marked, IP 55, class F. Suitable for S1 service (continuous working at constant load).

Maximum fluid temperature: +60°C in standard version (+ 150°C in continuous with peaks of 180°C available on request. Max T°C value can increase up to 200°C for belt drive).
In case of Industrial fixed application with continuously use, such as machine tool laboratories (CNC), food-packaging laboratory, and in all the cases that an elimination of vapors and residual moisture is required, we can provide an automatic filtration for oil mists also, designed case by case.
Electric switchboard for Power and control can be provided on request. Where electric switchboard is fitted on skid it will supplied already cabled.
Standard feed provided is 400V/3ph/50Hz (other option available on request).
