BLU SYSTEM – RTU

Robust unit capable of meeting very several requirements designed and constructed for use in Hazardous areas for Oil & Gas and Marine Sector or ambient in which is request to guarantee a high corrosion resistance and a reliable long service life.  All components are dimensioned and calculated for an optimal performance at the required design parameters.

Internal cooling system with direct expansion of R134a refrigerant gas.

Condensing section able to operate in environments up to + 45°C (+ 50°C On request).

Many options are available depending on your needs.

Each unit can be customized according to the type of treatment required, the dimensions available in the field and the levels of noise and vibration allowed.

CAPACITY RANGE:

  • System recommended for cooling power between 10Kw and 100Kw.

CASING:

Framework: Entirely built in stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

Base-frame: Robust bent plate having thickness depending on the unit’s weight, complete of all the arrangements for the handling.

Panels: Double skin panels in stainless steel AISI 316L (42mm thk) provided in the Air treatment section, while single skin panels are provided both for the Condensing and for the Power and Control section.

Maintenance and inspection panels are fitted with nylon hinges and stainless steel handles.

AIR TREATMENT SECTION

Regulating damper on inlet side.

Filters G4 Class (EN 779).

Filters F7 Class (EN 779).

Evaporating coil with copper tubes and fins epoxy painted (other protection available).

Drop Separator in Polypropylene (PP).

Drain pan in AISI 316L, 1.5mm thk.

Electrical heater in AISI 316L with finned armored elements in AISI316Ti/316. Power rated on your need.

Air Supply fan in AISI 316L, direct driven (belt driven available on request).

Anti-spark track in copper alloy.

Electric motor in cast iron, asynchronous three-phase, IE3, rated Power 7.5Kw (for airflow range between 7.500 and 9.500 m³/h @ 600Pa static external), 400V/3ph/50Hz painted RAL5017 (C5M).

Actuated damper on outlet side.

MOTO-CONDENSING SECTION

Condensing Coil with copper tubes and fins, electro tinned.

Refrigerant Fluid R134a.

Axial Fan in stainless steel AISI 316L with plastic impeller direct coupled to the motor. Electric motor in cast iron, IE3, rated Power 2.2Kw, 400V/3ph/50Hz painted RAL5017 (C5M), double speed type for condensing control.

Reciprocating Compressor 400V/3ph/50Hz, rated power 11.0Kw, 2 steps of capacity control (50% -100%).

POWER AND CONTROL PANEL

Electric switchboard for Power and control installed in a dedicated section on board of the Unit, already cabled.

Casing in aluminum alloy, painting for marine ambient, Ex db IIB+H2 T4, Complete of all power components such as:

  • Switching feeder;
  • Transformer for auxiliary circuit;
  • Internal cable labelling;
  • Space heater with thermostat.

Complete of all control components, such as:

  • Signal and Safety LED bulbs (on front panel);
  • Hand switches and buttons (on front panel);
  • PLC for system management with Modbus TCP/IP communication protocol.
